Delivery of 25th A321neo Latest Step on United’s Path to Largest Fleet

United acquired its twenty fifth Airbus A321neo on Friday, registered as N44522. That is the second A321neo to affix the provider’s fleet this week, with N54525 arriving on Monday.
Each plane have been manufactured at Airbus’ Cell, Alabama facility earlier than ferrying to Tampa for fleet induction.
Based on information from the United Fleet Website, the airline has firm orders for 195 more A321neo and A321XLR plane. The Chicago-based provider welcomed its first A321neo – United’s first new Airbus plane in over 20 years – in December 2023.
The airline’s A321neo orders embody 40 leased plane, a deal that was formalized earlier this 12 months.
